How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to process all orders within 2-5 business days for dispatch with the exception of personalised products where we aim to have orders ready to be dispatched within 1 week.
The timeframes below to common destinations are rough delivery estimates once an order is dispatched. Please note that in busy periods, such as the leadup to Christmas and Easter, these timeframes may be longer. Please also note that with the current restrictions due to COVID, delivery timeframes are also longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your order which will provide you with a unique delivery estimate.
Next business day – Melbourne, Geelong, Bendigo,
1 to 2 business days – Sydney, Adelaide, Albury, Canberra, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong
2 to 5 business days – Brisbane, Coffs Harbour, Gold Coast, Northern Rivers, Port Macquarie, Toowoomba
3 to 5 business days – Hobart, Launceston, New Zealand
4 to 7 business days – Bundaberg, Cairns, Mackay, Maryborough, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast, Townsville
3 to 10 business days – Darwin
5 to 10 business days – Perth
Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia-wide at a flat $11.95 shipping rate with free shipping for all orders in Australia over $150 (excluding shipping). We also ship to New Zealand at a flat shipping rate of $20.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through paypal, afterpay and credit card.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an email with details to track your order and you will be provided with a unique delivery estimate.
What is your returns policy?
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for faulty products. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange.
There is no cancellation, refund or exchange after an order has been placed, including for pre-orders, unless a product is faulty.
