Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand.

How much is delivery?

We ship Australia-wide at a flat $13.95 shipping rate for metro areas and $17.95 for rural areas.  We also offer express post for orders within Australia that you can select at checkout and cost varies depending on location.

Shipping to New Zealand is at a flat $20 shipping rate.   

Do you offer express shipping?

We offer express shipping via Australia post to destinations within Australia. Cost varies depending on location – please select express shipping at checkout to see cost.

When will I receive my pre-order?

All pre-orders are expected to be ready for dispatch in Oct/Nov. However please note that expected delivery dates are estimates only.

Please note that if in stock items are ordered with pre-order items, they will only be shipped  once all pre-order items arrive.

If you require any in stock items earlier, please make sure you make a separate order for in stock items.

Can I track my order?

Yes.  Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an email with details to track your order and you will be provided with a unique delivery estimate.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days, however in our busiest months of Nov/Dec dispatch may take 2-5 business days.

The timeframes below to common destinations are rough delivery estimates for standard delivery once an order is dispatched.

Please note that in busy periods, such as the leadup to Christmas, these timeframes may be longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your order which will provide you with a unique delivery estimate.

Next business day – Melbourne, Geelong, Bendigo,

1 to 2 business days – Sydney, Adelaide, Albury, Canberra, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong

2 to 5 business days – Brisbane, Coffs Harbour, Gold Coast, Northern Rivers, Port Macquarie, Toowoomba

3 to 5 business days – Hobart, Launceston, New Zealand

4 to 7 business days – Bundaberg, Cairns, Mackay, Maryborough, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast, Townsville

3 to 10 business days – Darwin

10 to 21 business days – Perth

Please note that with Christmas season and recent railway cloisures, Australia Post and courier services are experiencing delays and there may be additional delays to the timeframes above.

Returns

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for any items that are faulty.  Please contact us on info@littleadventboxes.com.au to arrange.  Please note there are no exchange or refunds for change of mind or cancellation of orders once they are placed.
